Advantages
SF PROJECT uses a stand-alone frame-system, this means that it can be erected without cladding for stability. That gives a large freedom in designing for the architect. For practical use we will mount an Oriented Strand Board (OSB) behind the plasterboard, advantage is that the client can drill or mount anything to the wall without usage of special plugs. In case of fire resistance applies the residential building to Dutch regulations (>60 minutes).
SF PROJECT uses products of Kingspan to add a good thermal break with small thickness. Exterior cladding of brickwall is free to choose by the architect.
